A delayed arrival can be worth 25% or 50% of your ticket price, depending on the delay and the scheduled crossing length. A cancellation entitles you to re-routing or a full refund within seven days under Article 18 — with no journey-length condition, and the weather defence carriers rely on does not reach it.
